Cooling Water Separation for Mobarakeh Steel Casting Machines
In this project, engineering consulting services and tender document preparation were provided for the separation of secondary cooling water for casting machines No. 3 and No. 4 at Mobarakeh Steel. The design includes a sample flowsheet for a hybrid cooling system, and the project has reached the tender stage.
Design and Completion of Drawings for the Muteh Gold Mine Tailings Dam Recycling Project
This project is underway with the aim of designing and completing basic and detailed drawings for wastewater recycling from the tailings dam. The main components include a thickener, carbon-stripping screen, filter press building, and compressor room. This project is being executed in collaboration with Aron Ab Company.
Industrial Wastewater Recycling and Blowdown Systems at Gol-e-Gohar Complex
Consulting services and review of drawings and execution documents were provided to Pars Arian Ab Company for this project. The objective is wastewater recycling and blowdown optimization in the cooling systems of this steel complex. The project is being executed through Barsoo Company.
Wastewater Collection Network and Treatment Plant for the Tinplate Unit of Tavanavar Asia Steel Industries
The project involves the design of basic and detailed documents and preparation of tender documents for the construction of a sanitary wastewater collection network and treatment plant for the tinplate unit. The project is currently in the senior supervision phase concurrent with construction operations.
RO3, RO4, and ZLD Scheme for Raw Water at Bafgh Steel
Specialized consulting was provided for the design of water treatment systems using RO and ZLD technologies. The project entered the execution phase following preparation of tender documents.
Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant at Bafgh Steel Complex
This project involves consulting on the design of the network and treatment plant for industrial effluents, as well as preparation of execution tender documents. The project has completed the design phase and construction operations have commenced.
Fluid Supply and Cooling Systems at Zob Gostar Qom Complex
In this project, a complete design of fluid transfer and cooling systems was carried out for the Zob Gostar Qom plant. The project has been fully completed.
Natural Gas Distribution Network at Bafgh Steel Complex
This project involves the design of a station and natural gas distribution network for the Bafgh Steel industrial site. Design has been completed and the project is currently at the tender stage.
Acid Drainage Treatment Scheme for the Pakhirchay River – Sungun Copper Complex
Tender documents were prepared for the design of an acid drainage treatment plant for this important river in the Sungun region. The project is currently at the tender stage and is being executed through Anin Jamadat Company.
Renovation and Operation of the Sanitary Wastewater Treatment Plant at Zob Gostar Qom
Consulting services for the update and optimal operation of the sanitary wastewater treatment plant at this factory have been provided, and the project is currently underway.
Steel 2 Development Plan – Jahan Foolad Sirjan Company
Within the framework of process consulting, this project contributes to the development of steel production lines in phase two of the Jahan Foolad Sirjan plant. The project is currently in progress and includes technical analyses and process optimization.
Lime Slaking Workshop – Zarshouran Gold Complex
Design and preparation of tender documents for the construction of a lime slaking production workshop at the Zarshouran Gold Complex are among the services provided for this project, which is being executed by Anin Jamadat Company.
